IPS has a brand new Customer Success Manager role at a fast growing SaaS eCommerce retail intelligence tech company located here in Columbus. My client is looking to add a Senior Customer Success Manager to help build their market position as a leader in MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) online retail intelligence. This is one of those opportunities that do not come around very often with such a high growth company and a high growth role.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • eCommerce or Marketplace experience 
  • Proven, results-oriented performer with account management experience in a SaaS, enterprise software or online subscription services based business 
  • Demonstrated success hitting quotas 
  • Superb communication and presentation skills, tremendous attention to detail and an ability to work collaboratively, independently and virtually
  • Technical software account management experience 

What you'll do

  • Develops and executes sales plans and coordinates sales efforts to achieve existing customer up-sell revenue targets.
  • Meets or exceeds defined sales quota through strategic account planning, networking and use of company resources.
  • Actively participates in regional marketing events for lead generation (industry trade shows, professional associations, etc…)
  • Account Management – Builds client relationships: maximize revenue and profitability potential by up-selling to existing clients, driving renewal revenue and ensuring client satisfaction;
  • Involvement in kickoff meetings, major milestone meetings, and opportunistic participation where senior client decision makers are present.
