IPS has a a new full-time, direct-hire Integration Manager role in downtown Cleveland that just came up. They offer flexible work hours and a results-oriented work environment. They also take work life balance very seriously. You will only be expected to work 40 hours per week, every week.

The Integration Manager is responsible for managing and controlling the rollout of various type productized integrations for the customer base. This individual will be able to make minor changes in code and will work closely with the development and customer success teams to make sure these changes are done appropriately.

What you'll be doing? 
  • Facilitate planning sessions with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to determine scope and understand the objectives and expectations of the customer's technical integration needs
  • Manage the integration process from beginning to end making sure customer needs are being met
  • Work as a liaison with scheduling and time clock vendors and partners to obtain technical specifications and requirements
  • Work with the project management team to create and manage project plans and effectively coordinate technical resources to meet the project milestones
  • Conduct planning calls with customers to review project plans, expectations, and needed deliverables
  • Ensure milestones are on track, identify risks and roadblocks, communicates changes, engage appropriate internal resources, and resolve project and adoption issues
  • Manage and troubleshoot historical integration for accuracy and ongoing data validation
  • Assure business and technical architecture aligns with the customer's functional and non-functional requirements
  • Advise on architectural strategies and best practice approaches
  • Participate in the design and planning of integration projects in conjunction with our external partners and business users
  • Work directly with our engineering, sales, and customer success teams to deliver both standard and custom integrations for new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain the custom code of configurations, with oversight from development as needed
  • On-time delivery of productized integration project for new customers
  • Custom code to modify integration product solutions for specific customer requests in accordance with API
  • Work with the integration product team to develop roadmap of partner integration solutions (new and current)
  • Manage migration of current customer base to current set of integration partners
  • Reporting and daily management of CS integration team
  • Manage strategic customer relationships and deliverables in accordance with project timelines
  • Audit/QA of data post rollout
  • Manage success and reporting for integration rollouts

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
  • 2-3 years’ experience in technical project management - ideally in time keeping or workforce management solutions
  • Integration development experience
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Able to interact effectively with technical and non-technical people
  • At least 2 years of relevant software development experience
  • Experience with Linux/Ubuntu
  • Experience with open source technology (Python, Ruby, PHP, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated success working and communicating directly with customers and vendors in a support role
  • Must be able to work independently and within the team to proactively resolve customer issues
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, keep confidential information, be organized and detail oriented
  • Knowledge of the health care industry is a plus
