IPS has a new VP of Sales opening at a Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence SaaS Technology Startup HQ in Columbus, Ohio. My client was recently named a top 10 ML/AI startup by Launch Festival and they just recently raised a 5M round of venture funding from Tech Stars. They have 9 paying enterprise customers and are growing quickly. We are looking for a Head of Sales to carry a bag, build the sales organization, and put together the sales strategy.
We are offering a base salary up to $150,000, a total OTE of $300,000, and a large equity stake.

Pepsi Co + Independent Pepsi Bottlers
Build out the sales strategy
Build out the sales process
Carry a bag, hunt new deals, & close deals
Build out the sales team
Own all company revenue- from hunting to closing and beyond
This person must have
early startup experience. We are looking for someone that possesses a blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. We are currently targeting the Retail, Government, e-commerce, and Logistics industries. Deal sizes range from $60,000 up to $500,000 SaaS contracts and the average sales cycle is between 4 to 6 months.

What we're looking for:
A front-line sales person that also has the ability to grow beyond just carrying a bag. The person we're looking for would be able to not only sell, but also contribute to the sales strategy and build the rest of the sales organization.
A general background with consultative sales.
Prior experience working for a startup or smaller company.
This person must have successful early startup experience. We are looking for someone that possesses a blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
Previous SaaS sales experience in the data analytics/visualization space, larger retail organizations, or next generation point of sale systems.
A sales leader comfortable working with C-level individuals and presenting to the Board of the company.
