Your role will be optimizing the entire customer journey from demand generation to closing the deal.

As a “player-coach” you’ll be in the trenches with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams, mentoring them and demonstrating how to acquire and win more deals.

Building off of our existing success—thousands of paying customers—you will design, manage, and improve our companies ability to grow efficiently by constantly optimizing our funnel. The entire revenue operations team will report to you, including content development, marketing analysis, sales, and our PPC partners. You’ll report to our CEO.

What will you do? 
  • Own revenue targets and design plans to consistently hit or exceed them
  • Continuously analyze customer behavior to determine why and how leads convert
  • Manage external marketing agency relationships
  • Coach and demonstrate how best to drive trial customers to conversion
  • Review and evaluate marketing programs and funnel performance for improvements
  • Develop and evaluate all lead generation activities, conversion programs, site optimizations, and drip marketing campaigns to provide measurable business impact
  • Carefully choreograph the relationship between customer support and sales for trial customers while ensuring that our existing customers are receiving high quality support
