  • Passionate about technology/industry and / or venture capital 
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills with ability to dive deep into searches for very unique candidate profiles
  • Solid tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, research conferences, academic labs, and communities (nice to have)
  • Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen CVs to identify fit (nice to have)
  • Sound candidate engagement approach with ability to activate passive candidates (nice to have)
  • Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills (nice to have)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

  • Work closely with recruiters and partners to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute searches
  • Map the talent space through tactical research, the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
  • Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas
