What will you do? 
  • Manage customer accounts through initial goal setting, continued strategy sessions and business reviews to define and help customers reach long term goals
  • Work directly with individual customers to create and strengthen relationships with decision makers, drive alignment across stakeholders, and demonstrate value to our customers
  • Ensure successful adoption of our product, and then work to grow accounts by looking for opportunities to, and then delivering, value
  • Partner with the broader team to ensure successful onboarding of customers, to take feedback and customer insights to advocate for product improvements/changes, and to be a general advocate for our customers
