Customer Success Lead
role in Cleveland that just opened up at a fast growing 25 person healthcare technology company. We are overhauling an antiquated arm of the healthcare industry with a state of the art cloud based software platform solution.

What will you do?
Design and manage processes that help support our customers and that can scale with a growing Customer Support team
Work as a customer advocate to make a product that is friendly and helps customers be successful
Lead the effort to create supporting documentation to help customers self-help when applicable
Work with the Customer Success Manager team to devise a system to surface/escalate potential larger issues
Improve overall satisfaction and happiness of our ongoing client base
Help resolve software and technical questions for the customer efficiently and effectively
Help build and maintain a customer-facing knowledge and help center, and help to teach customers, where appropriate, to solve problems on their own
Collaborate with the appropriate Customer Success Managers to raise, discuss and solve broader issues that clients may have
Become a subject matter expert in complex areas of the product, and share knowledge with other members of the support team
Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating with customers regularly regarding issue status
