What will you do? 
  • Design and manage processes that help support our customers and that can scale with a growing Customer Support team
  • Work as a customer advocate to make a product that is friendly and helps customers be successful
  • Lead the effort to create supporting documentation to help customers self-help when applicable
  • Work with the Customer Success Manager team to devise a system to surface/escalate potential larger issues
  • Improve overall satisfaction and happiness of our ongoing client base
  • Help resolve software and technical questions for the customer efficiently and effectively
  • Help build and maintain a customer-facing knowledge and help center, and help to teach customers, where appropriate, to solve problems on their own
  • Collaborate with the appropriate Customer Success Managers to raise, discuss and solve broader issues that clients may have
  • Become a subject matter expert in complex areas of the product, and share knowledge with other members of the support team
  • Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating with customers regularly regarding issue status
